Parent/Teacher Pupil Progress meetings
Parent/Teacher Pupil Progress Meetings are held in the autumn (late October/early November) and spring (late March) terms each year. We currently offer both face to face and virtual meetings in attempt to meet the needs of all families.
These meetings are your opportunity to speak with your child's class teacher on a more formal basis and discuss with them your child's progress and what they need to do next to move their learning forwards.
One appointment is available per child at each Parent/Teacher Pupil Progress evening.
We recognise that some children have parents that are separated. Where separated parents both wish to attend the Parent/Teacher Pupil Progress meeting, we expect that, unless restricted by the court, they jointly attend the same appointment in the ethos of positive co-parenting.
Appointments are bookable by the parent/carer who is registered as the child's first contact (as per their admissions form, unless it has been subsequently updated) using our online booking system, SchoolCloud.
For parents/carers who opt for a virtual appointment, the video link will be via the SchoolCloud platform. The first parent/carer making the online booking can add the second parent/carer's email address when making the booking, which will then prompt the SchoolCloud platform to send an e-invitation to the second parent/carer so that both parents can join the same meeting link from separate locations where needed.
